yellownow provides virtual reality (VR) gaming experiences and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3.2 Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept various payment methods as displayed on our website.

3.3 Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled time may be eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may not be eligible for a refund.
• No-shows will not be refunded.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5-10 business days.

4. Age Restrictions

Our VR experiences may have age restrictions. Participants must meet the minimum age requirement for their chosen experience. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

5.1 Health Requirements

VR experiences may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions, including but not limited to:

• Heart conditions
• Pregnancy
• Motion sickness
• Recent injuries or surgeries

• You will indemnify and hold harmless yellownow from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your participation.

7. Equipment and Property

You are responsible for any damage to our equipment caused by negligence, misuse, or failure to follow instructions. You may be charged for repair or replacement costs.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the yellownow website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of yellownow and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
